Playing against last year’s Texas Class 1A champions, the #19 Bulldogs (4-1) won it on a Jason Prager 3-pointer with :00.5 left, his second go-ahead trey in the final minute. Prager and Mason Schwaber each scored 11 points to lead Yavneh, who trailed by six late in the third quarter.

Avi Rokosz hit four 3-pointers en route to 14 points, Jordan Appel added 11 points and Ethan Oliner had 10 as the #4 Hawks (3-1 League; 7-4 Overall) jumped out to a 28-12 halftime lead in handing the #13 Stars (3-1; 4-4) their first league loss. Steven Levian led North Shore with 13 points, seven below his average.

The Sting (1-2; 2-5) went on the road in desperate need of a win and got it with a strong 2nd half performance, outscoring the Thunder 33-17 over the final two quarters. Eli Jesselson and Josh Hyman led SAR with 15 points apiece. For JEC (1-3; 3-4) , Ethan Thurm scored 20 points and pulled down 16 rebounds.
