Berman H.A. 62 Jewish Day School 48

In the Potomac Valley Athletic Conference semifinals, the #16 Cougars (20-8) beat the rival Lions (10-10) for the third time this season. Gabey Margulies led Berman with 21 points, Shmulie Levieddin had 17 points, 10 rebounds and Alex August added 11 points.

Beth Tfiloh 68 Jemicy 34

Michael Cohen scored 14 points, Julian Kotnoff added 13 and Jake Schloss had 10 to lead the #15 Warriors (23-6).

CANADA

Lower Canada 80 Ecole Maimonide 69

Maimo du Nord now 4-8.

SOUTHEAST

Harvester Christian 71 Atlanta Jewish Academy 31

Zac Agichtein scored 19 points for the Jaguars (9-14).

MIDWEST

Rochelle Zell 63 Walther Christian 51

Jesse Shapira scored 16 points, Ophir Zetouni added 15 and Nate Dubner had 10 as the #6 Tigers (20-6) got their fifth straight win to advance to the Chicago Prep Conference championship game.

Ellison 48 Ida Crown 45

The #9 Aces (12-7) lost in the semifinals of the Chicago Prep Conference tournament.

Shaw 82 Fuchs Mizrachi 66

Nate Jacobs scored 28 points and Moshe Jacobs added 23 for the Mayhem (12-7).

Austin Catholic 40 Farber Jewish Day 31

The Fire fall to 8-9.

WEST

Denver Jewish Day 68 Belleview Christian 55

David Romershteyn’s 17 points led five players in double figures for the Tigers (12-3). Solly Bielsky added 14 points, Lev Friedman scored 13, Keenan Winnerman had 12 and Aaron Daniel scored 10.

Alex Gabbay and Jaden Azeroual each scored 20 points to lead the #3 Panthers (21-11) to their fourth straight win and a spot in the CIF-SS 4AA semifinals.

A classic semifinal matchup against YULA was not in the cards as the #5 Wildcats (22-10) fell in the 4AA quarterfinals.
