Championship

YULA 53 DRS 49 OT

Tournament Most Outstanding Player Alex Gabbay scored 20 points and Jaden Azerooul added 14 and each scored six of the team’s 12 overtime points as the Panthers (8-1) won the championship for the fourth time. Joe Aaron had 19 points and Tzvi Tsaidi added 14 but the Wildcats (10-2) saw their 9-game win streak snapped.

3rd Place

TABC 55 Hillel 30

Shlomo Wenger scored 13 points and Sammy Levine added 11 for the Storm (6-2). The Heat are now 5-3.

5th Place

Katz YHS 69 Magen David 63

Haim Elmakies led the Storm (3-1) with 22 points, Harry Munter added 11 and Jacob Cik had 10. For the Warriors (6-5) Josh Chabbott scored 27 points, Jacob Shiloach had 12 and Edward Dweck added 11

7th Place

H.A. Montreal 51 North Shore H.A. 45

Simon Alloul scored 18 points and Yaacov Ohayon added 14 to lead the Heat (3-2). Eli Bokhour had 11 points for the Lions (2-6) and Jacob Cohen added 10.

1st Place

Posnack Jewish Day 66 MTA 54

The Rams (3-1) didn’t score in the opening period and trailed by 14 in the 2nd before rallying to take a 5-point lead at the end of the 3rd quarter. Gideon Greenberg led Posnack with 21 points and Jonathan Rhein and Guy Shlomi added 16 each. Jake Abenaim scored 17 points for the Lions (5-2) and Josh Treuhaft added 16.

3rd Place

Valley Torah 64 HAFTR 43

Joey Victor scored 24 points and Ben Mahgerefteh added 21 to lead the Wolfpack (2-2). Nate Meyer led the Hawks (4-6) with 11 points and Matthew Schein had 10.

5th Place

Jewish Day School 50 Cooper Memphis 33

Cyrus Blumenthal scored 17 points and Dylan Shank added 12 for the Lions (2-2). Jack Kampf led the Macs (3-4) with 14 points and Jonah Siegel added 10.

7th Place

Beren Houston 47 Maimonides 39

Rafi Miller scored 22 points and Tahel Belleli added 11 as the Stars (2-3) rallied from a 13-point 1st half deficit. Danny Missaghi led the M-Cats (0-4) with 11 points and Amiel Jotkowitz added 10.
