Yavneh next plays Midland Classical in a rematch of the 2020 semifinal the Bulldogs won en route to their state title.

The Stars (18-3) trailed by 12 after three quarters but outscored Covenant 16-2 in the 4th to get their eighth straight win and a trip back to the TAPPS 1A Final Four. Ariel Diner scored 23 points to lead Beren, who will play Calvary Baptist in the semifinals.
