Jenny Kagan tied a JHA-season high with 38 points and Tali Cohen and Ma’ayan Zakheim added 13 each as the Cougars (16-5) beat the rival Lions (12-5) for their first Potomac Valley Athletic Conference championship since 1984. It was the first time the two schools ever met in the title game. Shani Schwartz led JDS with 21 points and Avital Friedman had 20.
