Akiva Itzkowitz and Ben Farkas each scored 15 points but the #25 Warriors (7-9) squandered a 9-point early 3rd quarter lead.

Katz YHS 60 SLAM Boca 36

The #13 Storm (6-1) won their fifth straight game.

Northpoint 84 Cooper Memphis 33

Shahar Cahana led the Macs (4-5) with 10 pointts.

WEST

Hyman Brand HA 53 Frontier School 32

The long layoff didn’t bother the Rams (5-0) as Riley Ellis scored 24 points and Judah Schuster added 14.

Yavneh Dallas 65 Lutheran 39

Noah Ohayon scored 25 points to lead the #10 Bulldogs (12-3).

Denver Jewish Day 63 Skyview 45

Gavin Foonberg came two rebounds shy of a triple double with 21 points and 10 assistant and Andrew Zimmerman scored 24 points to lead the Tigers (4-1).

CALIFORNIA

Shalhevet 51 YULA 43

Avi Halpert scored 34 points as the #4 Firehawks (16-7) pulled away after trailing by five early in the 4th quarter. The #22 Panthers fell to 2-11.

Valley Torah 85 San Fernando 52

Johny Dan’s 29 points led five players in double figures as the #9 Wolfpack (17-2) won their third game in two days (4th if you count a forfeit) to run their winning streak to five games. David Paz added 20 points, Noam Mayouhas had 11 and Ethan List and Daniel Hirsch each scored 10.

YESHIVA LEAGUE

SAR 66 Hillel 59

The visiting #7 Sting (5-1) closed the game on a 10-2 run. SAR was led by Akiva Shanzer with 16 points. Elliot Braha led the #14 Heat (2-5; 4-6) with 20 points.

Magen David 86 HANC 45

Asher Melamed scored 31 points and pulled down 13 rebounds as the #12 Warriors (5-4; 7-4) opened the game with a 30-4 lead and were never threatened. Jesse Cohen added 12 points and Jeffrey Shabot had 10. Tne Hurricanes are now 2-7.

Waterbury Yeshiva 74 Ohr Yisroel 42

After leading by 10 at halftime the Wolfpack (5-4) pulled away in the 2nd half to get their fourth straight win. Shmoozie Rosen led the Flames (1-5) with 15 points.

CALIFORNIA

Valley Torah 69 Arleta 39

The #9 Wolfpack (18-2) played five games in three days and extended their win streak to six games. David Paz scored 18 points, Noam Mayouhas added 15, Ethan List had 11 and Daniel Hirsch had 10.
