Community 53 Barrack HA 48

After a furious rally in the final minutes of regulation the Cougars (4-2) scored a 3-pointer to open the extra frame but then gave up eight straight points and couldn’t recover Danny Cohen led Barrack with 17 points and Yonatan Hassidim added 11.

NORTH

Hamilton 60 Leffell 27

The Lions fell to 1-5.

SOUTHEAST

Posnack Jewish Day 65 Katz YHS 61

Mikel Biton scored 21 points and the #8 Rams (8-2) held off a rally after leading by double digits much of the second half.. The loss snapped a 5-game win streak for the #13 Storm (6-2), who were led by Jonathan Levy with 20 points, Yuval Ovaknin with 12, Asher Rosen with 11 and Judah Pardau with 10.

Hebrew Academy Miami 65 International Studies 34

Ben Farkas scored 17 points to lead the Warriors (9-9).

TERRA 71 Hillel Miami 33

Daniel Abbo led the Lions (0-9) with 18 points.

Donna Klein Jewish Academy 64 Village Academy 45

The Eagles improved to 5-4.

MIDWEST

Cornerstone Christian 69 Fuchs Mizrachi 60

With a full squad, the Mayhem (5-3) made it much closer than a lopsided loss last week. Netanel Jacobs led Fuchs with 27 points.

Novi Christian 65 Frankel Jewish Academy 61

Jaguars are now 1-3.

WEST

Ozanam 48 Hyman Brand HA 36

Riley Ellis scored 16 points but the Rams (5-1) suffered their first loss of the season.

Yavneh Dallas 73 Cornerstone Christian 35

Noah Ohayon scored 22 points, shooting 9-of-11 from the field, and Jordan Dekelbaum and Sam Rael added 10 points each to lead the #11 Bulldogs (13-3).

Emery Weiner 53 Beren Houston 42

Lior Melnikov had 20 points and Justin Bolton added 12 as the Jaguars (7-7) avenged an earlier loss and handed the Stars (7-1) their first loss of the season.

Denver Jewish Day 54 Rocky Mountain Lutheran 43

Gavin Foonberg scored 13 points and Noah Williamson and Ilan Schinagel added 11 each as the Tigers (5-1) won their third straight game.

Northwest Yeshiva HS 67 Pope John Paul II 38

Yoel Kintzer scored 25 points to lead the Lions (5-3) to their fifth straight win. Dovi Goldberg added 144 points and Victor Maimon had 10.

CALIFORNIA

Shalhevet 73 Compton Early College 39

Avi Halpert scored 21 points and Netan Sellam added 16 for the #3 Firehawks (17-7).

Pacifica Christian 62 deToledo 54

Max Creditor led the Jaguars (6-5) with 21 points and Michael Galeck added 15.

Southern California Yeshiva 80 Liberty Charter 40

Ilan Horn had 20 points and 10 rebounds and Greg Eiseman and Noah Leeman each added 14 points as the Hawks (7-4) won their fourth straight game.

YESHIVA LEAGUE

SAR 43 Ramaz 20

The #6 Sting (6-1) led by just 9-6 at the half before finding their offense en route to a fourth straight win. They were led by Nitty Hyman with 16 points and Josh Brody with 13. The #5 Rams (5-2; 8-3) couldn’t find a rhythm without injured leading scorer Julius Rubinstein and lost for the first time in four games.
