Daniel Abbo’s career highs in points (40) and rebounds (21) weren’t enough to get the Lions (0-7) into the win column.

Eitan Gecovich scored 10 points to lead the Mayhem (3-1), who were playing without three starters.

#17 Aces drop to 2-1.

Fasman Yeshiva 61 Waldorf 20

Ari Porat’s 15 points led #25 The Yeshiva (2-1).

WEST

Northwest Yeshiva 88 Shoreline Christian 30

Yoel Kintzer scored 34 points, Daniel Negrin added 12 and Dovi Goldberg had 11 to power the Lions (4-3) to their fourth straight win.

CALIFORNIA

Crespi 63 Milken 45

Noah Carmona scored 16 points and Elan Dardashti added 15 but the #5 Wildcats (6-5) fell in the consolation bracket of the Warrior Classic.

Valley Torah 80 Buckley 58

Johnny Dan had 34 points, David Paz added 16 and Noah Mayouhas scored 13 for the #10 Wolfpack (9-1).

YESHIVA LEAGUE

SAR 61 Flatbush 42

In their home opener on The Hive’s renovated-renovated floor, the #12 Sting (3-1) jumped out to a 22-8 lead and were never threatened as they handed the #6 Falcons their first league loss. Benny Neuwirth scored 19 points for SAR and Rob Spirgel added 11. Irwin Azar paced Flatbush (4-1; 6-5) with 15 points and Michael Flaster had 11.

Frisch 64 Hillel 56 OT

Johnny Levine scored nine of his 21 points in overtime as the #2 Cougars (5-0; 8-1) ended the night as the only team unbeaten in league play. Elliot Braha scored 24 points and Max Rishty added 13 for #19 Hillel (2-3; 4-4), who led for nearly the entire first half but had to rally from seven down in the final four minutes. Alex Zakheim added 14 for Frisch and Isaac Schiffman had 13.
