Jacob Canner had 23 points and Josh Saks added 21 to lead four players in double figures as the M-Cats won their season opener. Shabtai Kaplan scored 14 and Raanan Gewurz had 11.

#20 Warriors drop to 7-8.

The #18 Aces (3-2) rallied in the 2nd quarter to take a 2-point halftime lead but were outscored 16-5 in the first three minutes of the 3rd and never recovered.

TABC 57 Flatbush 56

Rally by the #8 Falcons from 10 down in the final three minutes came up just short as the #1 Storm won their third straight. Shmuel Yablock led TABC (6-1; 11-1) with 15 points and Netanel Eckman added 12. Flatbush (5-2; 7-6) was led by Irwin Azar’s 23 points and 17 from Morris Chaaya.

DRS 61 Frisch 48

There are no more undefeated teams in the league as the #5 Wildcats (7-2) jumped out to an early double digit lead and the #2 Cougars (6-1; 9-2) could never get closer than seven points. Ari Ivry led DRS with 16 points, Ezra Dubin added 15 and Issac Solomon ; Jonny Levine had 12 points to pace Frisch, who was playing without floor leader Alex Zakheim.

Ramaz 36 JEC 28

Julius Rubinstein scored 18 points and the #4 Rams (5-1; 8-2) used an 8-0 run in the third quarter to take the lead en route to their third straight win. The Thunder is now 1-6 in the league, 2-6 overall.
