#11 Rams (21-8), the third seed in the District 3A-7 playoffs,  won their sixth straight game to advance to the semifinals.  They will play the #2 seed Somerset Prep with a trip to the regionals on the line. Joey Levy paced Posnack with 30 points, Joel Brandwein had 15 and Josh Schultz added 10.

Aaron Ben-Shmuel scored 17 points to lead four players in double figures as the Lions (14-12) won in the semifinals of the District 4A-6 playoffs. The win guarantees Hillel a trip to the regionals - their fourth in school history but first since 2001 - regardless of how they do in the district final against Miami Country Day. Alan Berkman added 13 points and Yaniv Assraf and Ben Brener each had 10.

The Storm (2-18) end their Florida season with a loss in the quarterfinals of the District 4A-5 playoffs. Up next is the Sarachek Tournament in March.
