Tier 1 Quarterfinals

DRS 64 Valley Torah 50

Gaby Spodek scored 18 points and Michael Solomon and Elisha Tsaidi added 13 each to pace the #1 Wildcats (26-4). Meir Dan had 13 points for the #8 Wolfpack (25-9) and Ben Mahgerefteh added 12.

Shalhevet 44 Flatbush 30

Sam Jacobson scored 14 points and Judah Stern added 11 as the #2 Firehawks led by as many as 22 points.

Frisch 50 SAR 47

Jesse Reinhart scored 13 points, Nathan Neufeld added 12 and Judah Suss had 10 as the #3 Cougars (18-5) avenged a loss in the Yeshiva League semifinals. Max Weiss paced the #6 Sting (24-9) with 13 points and Ari Halpert had 12.

Jewish Culture 62 Ramaz 58

David Albilia scored 18 points and Shilo Kahan had 14 for the #4 Lions (29-12). The #5 Rams (19-10) were led by Emanuel Kushner’s 23 points and 14 from Noah Hiltzik.

Tier 2 Qualifiers

Fuchs Mizrachi 42 Hillel Pittsburgh 30

Moshe Jacobs led the #14 Mayhem (16-8) with 25 points. Zack Itzkowitz had 16 points for the Heat (8-8) and Coby Shaw added 10.

MTA 57 Beren Houston 34

Andi Richman scored 13 points and Yishai Neiss and Ethan Vaysman each had 10 to lead the #15 Lions (11-11). Rafi Miller had 10 points for the Stars (17-6).

H.A. Montreal 60 HANC 57

DRS 63 H.A. Montreal 50

The top-seeded Wildcats (25-4) exhibited the typical post Yeshiva League title malaise in the first half, missing more than half a dozen layups as the #16 Heat (8-7) kept it close. DRS righted the ship in the 2nd half to pull away, with Yitz Bennett finishing with 15 points, Shoham Gabay with 14 and Elisha Tsaidi with 11. Simon Alloul led the Heat with 27 points.

Shalhevet 71 MTA 46

Judah Stern scored 22 points and Sam Jacobson added 20 to lead the #2 Firehawks (27-10). Gavi Engel led the #15 Lions (10-11) with 13 points and Efraim Avramov had 11.

Frisch 73 Fuchs Mizrachi 42

The #14 Mayhem (15-8) were dominant in the first 10 minutes, jumping out to a 25-12 lead. But then Isaac Stepner took over, scoring 17 of his game-high 24 points in the 2nd quarter as the #3 Cougars (17-5) took the lead before halftime and then rolled from there. Jesse Reinhart added 18 points for Frisch. Elisha Pizem scored 16 points for Fuchs and Moshe Jacobs had 14.

Jewish Culture 57 TABC 42

Shilo Kahan scored 19 points and Micah Hazan added 14 as the #4 Lions (28-12) won their first ever Sarachek game. Naftali Hochstein had 17 points for the #13 Storm (9-11).

Ramaz 47 YULA 35

Emanuel Kushner led the #5 Rams (19-9) with 16 points and Alon Sidi added 12. Kobi Mahler scored 10 for the #12 Panthers (10-22).

SAR 75 Katz YHS 51

Max Weiss had 24 points and Jonah Blechner added 20 to lead the #6 Sting (24-8). Nir Ovaknin paced the #11 Storm (17-13) with 23 points.

Flatbush 51 Ida Crown 44

Aaron Romano scored 27 points for the #7 Falcons (22-6). Judah Well led the #10 Aces (25-3) with 14 points and Ayden Mishkin added 10.

Valley Torah 58 Berman H.A. 56 OT

The #8 Wolfpack (25-8) never led in regulation and rallied from 7 down in the 4th quarter. Joey Victor led with 17 points, Emmit Victor had 14 and Meir Dan had 6 of his 8 points in OT. Alex August led the #9 Cougars (25-12) with 22 points, Noah Lichtman added 14 and Yaakov Lesnoy had 13.

National Girls Jewish High School All Star Game

March 20, 2026

MYHSAL Girls varsity stars will take on top players from Jewish high schools across the country in an all-star game Saturday night at 9:30 p.m at SAR High School.

The Yeshiva League stars are Seniors Zoey Levy and Izzy Nadtrich of Frisch, Liv Solomon and Nava Bousbib of SAR, Leah Sicklick of SKA, Lili Hanan and Kelly Fatiha of Flatbush and Junior Dillan Haghighat of North Shore H.A.

The National All Stars are Seniors Mikayla Trajtenberg of Barrack H.A., Shana Strohli and Eliana Wolfson of H.A. Miami, Izzy Wilbur of Fuchs Mizrachi and Juniors Shylee Blavvise of Rochelle Zell, Shishi Abramson of YULA and Sarah Leff of Katz YHS.

Coaching the Yeshiva League all stars is SAR’s Lee Joffe. Jack Turrell, SAR Boys assistant, will coach the National All Stars.

#9 seed Rochelle Zell 66 #8 HAFTR 56

The #13 Tigers (17-10) got 34 points from Shylee Blavvise and 21 from Gaya Bannai.

#7 SKA 57 #10 Hillel 45

Leah Sicklick led the #7 Sonics (17-8) with 25 points.

QUARTERFINALS

#4 Shalhevet 62 #5 YULA 45

The #4 Firehawks improve to 21-11. Naami Rosenblatt scored 25 points for the #5 Panthers (20-12).

#3 H.A. Miami 60 #6 Ida Crown 45

#7 SKA 43 #2 North Shore H.A. 35

The #7 Sonics (18-8) again knock the #8 Lions (25-9) out at a tournament (HAFTR Invitational semis), gettign 14 points from Leah Sicklick.

#1 SAR 64 #9 Rochelle Zell 34

Liv Solomon led the #2 Sting (29-2) with 25 points. Shylee Blavvise had 31 points for the #13 Tigers (17-11).

Championship

SAR 52 H.A. Miami 39

Liv Solomon’s 15 points led four players in double figures as the #2 Sting (31-2) wrapped up the season winning all six games they played in the tournament. Ava Cohen added 14 points, Nava Bousbib had 13 and Alex Magence scored 10. Eli Wolfson led the #11 Warriors (27-13) with 19 points.

3rd Place

Shalhevet 70 SKA 42

The #4 Firehawks (22-12) beat the #7 Sonics (18-11) for the second time in the tournament.

Semifinals

SAR 66 Shalhevet 38

Liv Solomon scored 23 points, Ava Cohen had 21 and Nava Bousbib added 10 to lead the #2 Sting (30-2).
H.A. Miami 42 SKA 34

The #11 Warriors (27-12) closed out the game on a 10-2 run.

Consolation

YULA 59 Ida Crown 58 OT

Shishi Abramson led the Panthers (21-12) with 28 points and Naami Rosenblatt added 10. The Aces finish the season 16-12.

Hillel 67 Rochelle Zell 65

The Heat (7-13) rallied from 11 down in the 3rd quarter. JHA leading scorer Shylee Blavvise led the #13 Tigers (17-11) with 42 points and Gaya Bannai added 20.
