BOYS

Dec. 25

YESHIVA LEAGUE

HANC 66 YDE 64

Ruby Tillis led the Hurricanes (3-5; 12-6) with 33 points, including going 4-for-4 from the free throw line in the final 30 seconds to seal the win, and Yossi Davidowitz added 18. The Thunder (3-6; 3-8) got 21 points each from Moussa Alhalabi and Alan Fallas and 17 from Eli Allaham, who also grabbed 11 rebounds.

Dec. 24

DRS 78 Magen David 64

The #3 Wildcats (10-1; 14-3) rallied from a 10-point halftime deficit to beat the #7 Warriors (7-2; 12-5) for the third time this season. Jacob Chami led Magen David with 25 points.

GIRLS

Dec. 24

YESHIVA LEAGUE

Magen David 45 Ma’ayanot 44

Rina Fatiha scored 13 points and Serena Cooper had 12 to lead the Warriors (3-10; 3-13). The Rapids fell to 2-9.

Shishi Abramson scored 31 points and Naami Rosenblatt added 10 for the #5 Panthers (13-8).

Zoe Levy scored 21 points and Izzy Nadtrich added 12 to lead the #2 Cougars (10-1; 14-2). The #13 Falcons are 9-7, 9-3 in the league.

Caleb Gdanski scored 34 points and Simcha Rosenberg added 20 to lead the #18 Warriors (8-9). The #15 Storm (9-5) were led by Nir Ovaknin’s 23 points, Ethan Stern with 18 and Abie Kaweblum with 13.

Shalhevet 52 YULA 31

Sam Jacobson scored 16 points and was named to the All Tournament team and Benjamin Dweck added 14 points as the #8 Firehawks won in a consolation game at the Winter Jam Fest. The #23 Panthers are 6-12.

Ori Maya hit seven 3-pointers en route to 37 points and Ari Varon scored 14 points as the Lions (4-6) lost in the 3rd Place game of the Charlie Wilkins Memorial Tournament.

The #2 Falcons (8-1; 16-3) won their seventh straight game. The #5 Lions are 17-6, 5-4 in the league.

Akiva Borgen scored 23 points and the #11 Storm (7-5; 8-8) rebounded from loss the night before. The Heat are 4-10, 2-8 in the league.

Rambam 68 Ohr Yisroel 39

Gabe Moshayev led the Ravens (4-10; 4-12) with 19 points, Nate Cohen added 16 and Gabriel Weiss had 12. Ozzy Moskowitz scored 13 points for the Flames (0-10) and Chanan Mammon added 10.

Asher Freundlich scored 22 points for the #19 Hawks (5-5; 12-8). The Suns are 2-11, 2-9 in the league.

Samuel Chira scored 17 points and the #7 Warriors (7-1; 12-4) raced out to a 25-point lead in the 2nd quarter and were never threatened. The Hurricanes (2-5; 11-6) had their 8-game win streak snapped.

The #17 Lions (5-3; 7-6) got 14 points from Gavi Engel and 10 from Andi Richman. Yonatan Faber led the #11 Storm (6-5; 7-8) with 14 points and Naftali Hochstein added 13.

Noam Feldman scored 11 points as the #23 Panthers (6-10) fell in the quarterfinals of Faith Baptist’s Winter Slam Jam Tournament.

The #8 Firehawks (11-8) lost in the quarterfinals of the Winter Slam Jam Tournament. Sam Jacobson had 20 points for Shalhevet.

The Lions (4-4) beat the hosts in the opening round of the Charley Wilkins Memorial Tournament. Ari Varon scored 19 points, Ori Maya added 14 and Jon Marzouk and Matt Olen had 12 each.

Dvir Assayag Raham’s 14 points led four players in double figures for the #6 Wolfpack (16-3) as they extended their JHA-season long win streak to 12 games. Meir Dan added 13 points and Jonny Laufer and Ben Mahgerefteh had 11 each.

Sam Noah scored 20 points as the #23 Panthers (6-9) beat the hosts in the opening round of the Slam Jam Tournament.

Yakov Liberman scored 19 points and Sam Jacobson added 16 as the #8 Firehawks (11-7) won in the opening round of the Faith Baptist Slam Jam Tournament.

Ava Cohen led the #1 Sting (10-0;16-0) with 21 points and Nava Bousbib added 13. Esther Kroub scored 15 points and Lili Hanan added 11 but the #13 Falcons (9-2; 9-6) had their 4-game win streak snapped.
