Guy Shlomi hit three free throws with :02.6 left as the Rams (3-4) overcame squandering a 9-point 4th quarter lead. Shlomi finished with 35 points, Mathew Furer added 14 and Mark Mann scored 10. Ilan Attias and Nir Ovaknin led the Storm (3-3) with 22 points apiece and Abie Kaweblum had 13.

Aryeh Sanandaji led the Lions (4-1; 12-2) with 19 points, Andrew Kohanim added 17 and Benji Levian had 10. Gabe Moshayev scored 23 points for the Ravens (2-6; 2-8) and Nate Cohen added 11.

Manu Wiebke led the Sting (5-1; 11-3) with 31 points and Max Weiss added 20. The Lions are 3-4.

The host Jaguars opened their season with a pool-play win in the deToledo Winter Invitational.

Joey Victor’s 3-pointer at the buzzer capped a rally from 12 down in the final 3 minutes for the Wolfpack (3-2). Dvir Assayag Raham led Valley Torah with 17 points, Meir Dan added 14 and Adam Bouzaglou had 12. Victor finished with 9 points.

Ari Varon scored 24 points for the Lions in their season opener and Jon Groner had 10 points and 10 rebounds.

The Cougars traveled from the Philly suburbs and fell in their season opener. Liv Solomon paced the Sting (9-0) with 21 points, Ava Cohen added 18 and Nava Bousbib had 12. Mikayla Trajtenberg had 21 points for Barrack.

YESHIVA LEAGUE

North Shore h.A. 71 Kushner 33

Dina Levian had a triple double with 17 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists, Dillan Haghighat scored 24 points and Joelle Loloi added 12 points on four 3-pointers as the Lions (3-0; 5-2) won their fourth straight game. The Cobras are 0-6.

Frisch 61 SKA 42

The game was tied at 31 with just over 3 minutes to go in the 3rd quarter but the Cougars (5-0; 9-1) went on a 27-3 run to take control and win their third straight game. Izzy Nadtrich led Frisch with 30 points and Zoey Levy added 16. Leah Sicklick had 14 as the Sonics (4-1) suffered their first loss.
