In their season opener, the Rams kept it close early but couldn’t overcome a 22-4 second quarter.

WEST

Yavneh Dallas 61 Harvest Christian 29

Jordyn Spalding scored 24 points and Lily Rael added 18 as the Bulldogs won their season opener.

YESHIVA LEAGUE

Flatbush 54 HANC 22

Lili Hanan had 13 points and Esther Levy scored 11 as the Falcons (5-0; 5-4) won their third straight game. Hurricanes are 2-1.

Frisch 68 Hillel 34

Ally Weber scored 12 points and Riki Amos and Izzy Nadtrich 11 each for the Cougars (3-0; 7-1). The Heat are now 0-5.

HAFTR 60 Heschel 52 2OT

Sari Levi and Olivia Weinrib each scored 22 points for the Hawks (4-2). Dani Oron led the Heat (3-1) with 20 points, including a 3-pointer at the buzzer to force the second overtime, and Rose Harnoy added 18 points.

SAR 54 Kushner 16

Liv Solomon scored 21 points to lead the Sting (2-0; 7-0) and Ava Cohen added 14. The Cobras are 0-5.

SKA 47 Ramaz 31

Leah Sicklick led the Sonics (3-0) with 19 points. The Rams are now 2-6, 1-3 in the league.

Alex August led the Cougars (2-3) with 20 points, Ezra Sushner had 12 and Noah Lichtman added 11.

SOUTHEAST

Ohr HaTorah 81 Donna Klein Jewish Academy 42

Toby Levy scored 30 points and grabbed 14 rebounds and Mojo Vaskovsky and Nochi Edelman added 10 points each to lead the Thunder (3-2).

Weber Atlanta 61 Atlanta Jewish Academy 45

Rams win the season opener for both teams.

CANADA

Louis Joseph Papineau 70 H.A. Montreal 59

Simon Alloul scored 20 points for the Heat (2-3) and Aaron Edery added 11.

WEST

Beren Houston 50 CHSA 47

Rafi Miller led the Stars (1-1) with 18 points, Tahel Belleli added 16 and Jonathan Kluger had 10.

MTA 56 JEC 37

Andi Richman led the Lions (2-2) with 18 points and Gavi Engel added 12. Michael Schnur scored 14 for the Thunder (1-2; 4-6) and Aaron Rozehzadeh had 10.

Magen David 50 TABC 43

The Warriors (3-0; 8-3) only took their first lead late in the 3rd quarter but they controlled the rest of the game to stay unbeaten in league play. Samuel Chira had 17 points, 16 rebounds to lead Magen David. Yonatan Faber led the Storm (1-2; 2-5) with 17 points and Naftali Hochstein added 13.

Barkai 44 Kushner 40

The Suns (1-2; 1-4) got their first ever varsity win. Asher Nochom led the Cobras (2-2) with 17 points and Gabriel Klatzkin had 12.

The Tigers (9-1) won in the TDCAA league semifinals.

DRS 45 TABC  36

Yitz Bennett scored 18 points and Gaby Spodek added 13 and the Wildcats (2-0; 6-2) used a 16-2 2nd half run to take control. The Storm is 2-4, 1-1 in the league.

JEC  61 Heschel 42

Aaron Rozehzadeh led the Thunder (1-1; 4-5) with 15 points and Michael Schnur added 14. The Heat fall to 0-4.

Ramaz  53 MTA 34

Emmanuel Kushner led the Rams (3-0; 5-4) with 14 points and Asaf Seinfeld and Stanley Cayre each added 12. Gavi Engel scored 16 points for the Lions (1-2) and Yishai Neiss had 11.

Flatbush  77 Rambam 40

The Falcons move to 10-3, 2-1 in the league. Ravens are 1-4 in the league, 1-6 overall.

Kelly Fatiha led the Falcons (4-0; 4-4) with 13 points and Esther Kroub added 10. The Warriors are 2-5.

HANC 46 HAFTR 43 OT

Binah Baturov scored 21 points and Tehila Reiss added 10 as the Hurricanes (2-0) rallied from 7 points down in the 4th. The Hawks (3-2) had their 3-game win streak snapped.

BOYS

Magen David 49 SAR 46

Jacob Chami’s 3-pointer with :31 seconds left won it for the Warriors (2-0; 7-3). Chami and Samuel Chira each scored 14 points and Chira pulled down 17 rebounds. Evan Goldberg led the Sting (1-1; 7-3) with 20 points.

HAFTR 56 HANC 41

Game was close through 3 but the Hawks (2-0; 5-3) pulled away late for their fourth straight win. Asher Freundlich scored 21 points, Daniel Naumberg added 14 and Nate Mayer had 10. The Hurricanes are now 1-1 in the league, 3-2 overall.

BOYS

Frisch 73 Flatbush 66

Isaac Stepner scored 22 points, Nathan Neufeld added 17 and Noam Grossman had 12 as the Cougars (3-1; 7-2) avenge loss in last weekend’s Glouberman tourney final and snap Falcons (1-1: 9-3) 4-game win streak. Frisch went 2-1 in Back-to-Back-to Back league games this week. Charles Levy led Flatbush with 12 points and Sam Jemal and Claude Pardo added 11 each.

SAR 63 Hillel 38

In the league opener for both teams, Avery Simon led the Sting (7-2) with 12 points and Evan Goldberg added 11. Bruce Epstein had 8 points for the Heat (4-4).

Ramaz 67 Kushner 50

Noah Hiltzik scored 23 points, including 14 in the 1st quarter, Alon Sidi had 16 and Asaf Seinfeld added 13 to lead the Rams (2-0; 4-4) on the road. Yoni Finkelstein led the Cobras (2-1) with 16 points and Ryan Brand added 14.

Magen David 65 Rambam 23

Jacob Chami scored 14 points and Solly Hara added 13 as the Warriors (6-3) won their league opener. Ravens now 1-3 in the league, 1-5 overall.

MTA 56 Heschel 38

The Lions (1-1) scored the last eight points of the first half to lead by 11 and then outscored the Heat (0-3) 19-0 in the 3rd to put the game away. Yishai Neiss led MTA with 16 points and Efraim Avramov added 13.

YDE 69 Waterbury Yeshiva 56

The Thunder now 1-1 in the league, 1-3 overall. Wolfpack fall to 1-3.

GIRLS

HAFTR 47 Ma’ayanot 45 OT

Maya Spira scored 18 points as the Hawks (3-1) won their third straight game. Sivan Sher led the Rapids (1-4) with 10 points.
