The #6 Cougars (30-6) won their fifth straight game to advance to the PVAC championship game. Itai Rozmaryn scored 20 points, Alex August added 18 and Noah Lichtman had 12.

SOUTHEAST

North Cobb Christian 106 Weber-Atlanta 49

The Rams (2-25) fell to the top seed in the opening round of the GHSA playoffs.

LaGrange 60 Atlanta Jewish Academy 51

The 10th seeded Jaguars (9-21) had a 2-point lead with 3:40 left but were outscored the rest of the way 14-3 and fell to the #7 seed in the opening round of the GIAA Class A playoffs. Zac Agichtein had 32 points, 11 rebounds.

MIDWEST

Ida Crown 43 Holy Trinity 39

Tournament MVP Avi Okner scored 19 points to lead the #14 Aces (16-4) to the Chicago Prep championship.

Rochelle Zell 61 Westmont 54

Ronen Ousley scored 30 points and Lev Dolinsky added 10 as the #16 Tigers (13-11) won the 3rd Place game at the Chicago Prep tournament.

Fasman Yeshiva  69 Latin 66

Adir Amster scored 29 points and Srulie Lebedinsky, Ilan Brand and Gav Castriota added 10 each to lead #15 The Yeshiva (13-6).

Farber Hebrew Day 68 New Haven Merritt 38

Gideon Lopatin scored 19 points, Jonas Singer had 13 points, 10 assists and Emmit Singer added 10 points to lead the Fire (14-2).

WEST

Denver Jewish Day 61 Denver Academy of Torah 49 OT

Solly Bielsky scored 16 points to lead four players in double figures as the Tigers (7-8) rallied from 12 points down with 3:30 left in regulation. Ronen Trujillo added 14 points, including the tying 3-pointer with :06 left, Evan Kornbluth scored 12 and Jackson Brooks had 11. The Wolves are 9-8.

CALIFORNIA

Mendocino 57 JCHS San Francisco 50

The 12th seeded Wolves (5-16) fell to the 5th seed in the opening round of the North Coast Division 6 sectionals.

Jordana Dauber’s 20 points led four players in double figures as the Lions (19-6) got their third straight win to advance to the PVAC championship game. Tali Loeffler added 17 points, Yarden Wilkenfeld had 12 and Gila Safra scored 11.

The #14 Warriors (17-8) had their 8-game win streak snapped by the top-seed in the 1A regional semifinals.

MIDWEST

North Shore Country Day 41 Rochelle Zell 36

The #10 Tigers (16-6) fell in the IHSA 1A regional semifinals.

Ida Crown 68 Uplift 11 (Feb. 17)

The #7 Aces (14-6) won their fourth straight game to advance to the IHSA 1A regional final. Daria Lennon scored 15 points, Esther Fretzin added 12 and Talia Linzer had 11.

Yavneh Dallas 62 Wylie Prep 57 OT

Jordyn Spalding scored 28 points and Lilly Yalovsky added 22 as the Bulldogs (15-7) overcame four starters fouling out to win their 10th straight game and reach the TAPPS 3A quarterfinals.

Ariella Sheppard scored 19 points and Adi Lerner added 14 as the Rams (15-2) won their eighth straight game to capture the Private School Athletic League championship.

The Rams (14-2) won in the Private School Athletic League semifinals begind 17 points from Ariella Sheppard and 14 from Noga Kohavi.
