MIDATLANTIC

Barrack HA 44 Villa Victoria 19

Eden Singer scored 12 points and Dayna Felger had 11 and the Cougars (14-2) opened the game on a 24-1 run and cruised into the semifinals of the Penn-Jersey Athletic Association tournament. It was their fourth straight win.

CALIFORNIA

Shalhevet 48 Banning 29

Arielle Grossman hit six 3-pointers en route to 23 points and the Firehawks (XX) moved into the quarterfinals of the CIF Southern Section Division 4A playoffs.

YULA 55 Arrowhead Christian 45

Kira Heumann scored 24 points and Alexa Heumann added 13 as the Panthers (14-11) won in the Round of 16 of the CIF Southern Section Division 5AA playoffs.

Milken 77 St. Monica 46

The Wildcats (15-8) have reached the quarterfinals of the CIF Southern Section Division 5AA playoffs.

MIDWEST

Cornerstone Christian 85 Fuchs Mizrachi 56

Ari Jacoby scored 17 points but the Mayhem (9-5) had their 4-game win streak snapped and fell to the nights for the third time this season.

CALIFORNIA

Southern California Yeshiva 61 Classical 42

Greg Eiseman scored 25 points, Ethan Shakman added 12 and Ilan Horn had 10 as the #2 seeded Hawks (16-4) stretched their win streak to 13 games and advanced to the quarterfinals of the CIF San Diego Section Division 5 playoffs.

San Diego Jewish Academy 64 Gompers Prep 53

Josh Posnock scored 22 points and Yosi Galicot added 18 as the Lions (15-4) won in the opening round of the CIF San Diego Section Division 5 playoffs. It was SDJA’s 11th straight win.

YESHIVA LEAGUE

Frisch 54 TABC 49

The #8 Cougars (9-5; 12-6) secured 4th place in the West and a home playoff game against MTA. The #3 Storm (10-4; 15-4) had already locked up 3rd place and will host Hillel in the opening round.

MTA 47 Hillel 40

Dani Wolk scored 12 points and Donny Book and Tzvi Rudman added 11 each as the #17 Lions (8-5) clinched 5th place in the West and left the #16 Heat (6-7; 8-8) in 6th. Elliot Braha led Hillel with 24 points.

Magen David 53 Heschel 37

Asher Melamed scored 30 points and grabbed 12 rebounds and Allie Dweck had 13 points as the #11 Warriors (9-5; 11-5) won their fourth straight game and clinched at least 3rd place in the East. Magen David still has a slim shot at 2nd place and a first-round bye in the playoffs but HANC would have to beat Flatbush. Ben Eskenazi had 20 points for the Heat (3-11; 4-11), who lost their eighh straight league game.

Kushner 40 JEC 27

The Cobras finished 6-8, just out of the playoffs, which they might have made had it not been for a 1-point home loss to 6th place Hillel. JEC (3-11; 4-11) finished 8th in the West.

SOUTHEAST

Miami Christian 94 Hebrew Academy Miami 31

The Warriors (15-6) couldn’t stay with the top team in the regional semifinals. Yakira Wolfson and Eliana Wolfson each scored 12 points for HA.

MIDWEST

Ida Crown 55 Waldorf 24

Shiri Kolom scored 12 points and Dini Robinson added 11 as the Aces (15-5) won in the IHSA 1A regional semifinals.

WEST

Hyman Brand HA 51 Guadalupe Centers 10

Shir-el Rudnick led the Rams (12-2) with 14 points and Illy Hammer had 12.

Yavneh Dallas 33 Lucas Christian 24

Maddy Winton’s 12 points led the Bulldogs (11-8) to their third straight win

YESHIVA LEAGUE

Central 39 HANC 31

In a winner take all game, the Wildcats (5-7) clinched the fourth and final playoff spot in the East. Talia Hazan and Eliana Brand led Central with 10 points each. Coral Levy led the Hurricanes (3-8; 3-13) with 24 points.

SKA 59 HAFTR 57

The Sonics (11-1) ended the Hawks’ 14-game win streak and their bid for a perfect regular season - but had to settle for 2nd place in the East behind HAFTR (11-1; 15-3) based on a tiebreaker. Daphna Steinmetz led SKA with 29 points and Simona Goldberg had 14.

Noam Zaremba had 9 points and 18 rebounds for the #13 Lions (12-6).

Barrack HA 66 International Christian 45

In the opening round of the Penn Jersey Athletic Association playoffs, Danny Cohen scored 23 points and Yonatan Hassidim added 19 as the Cougars (11-4) won their fourth straight game.

Phelps 72 Kohelet 70

Eli Wallace scored 20 points, Asher Kaklon added 18 and Daniel Benjamini had 14 but the Kings (12-4) fell in the opening round of the Penn Jersey Athletic Association playoffs.

NORTHEAST

Gann 66 Covenant Christian 60

Eli Leder scored 18 points, Ben Spira added 16 and Gaul Rones had 15 as the Red heifers (9-6) won in the semifinals of the Massachusetts Bay Indepence League playoffs.

St. Joseph’s 76 Maimonides 48

Josh Saks scored 15 points and Oren Spira had 10 to lead the M-Cats (8-8). Maimo needs a win in their final regular season game to qualify for the playoffs.

SOUTHEAST

Mount Pisgah 66 Weber Atlanta 39

Harry Kitey scored 22 points but the Rams (9-16) ended their season in the quarterfinals of the regional playoffs.

MIDWEST

Hope Academy 49 Rochelle Zell 33

The #13 Tigers (17-3) had their 10-game win streak snapped in the semifinals of the Chicago Prep Conference tournament. Nathan Kushnir led the Tigers with 9 points.

WEST

Yavneh Dallas 58 Lucas Christian 36

Hillel Baynash scored 15 points, Jordan Dekelbaum added 14 and Noah Ohayon had 10 as the #11 Bulldogs (21-3) won their 10th straight game.

Northwest Yeshiva HS 63 Puget Sound Adventist 51

The #21 Lions (14-5) won in the quarterfinals of the WIAA 1B District 1/2/3 tournament, qualifying them for the regional playoffs.

Hyman Brand HA 57 Guadalupe Centers 30

Riley Ellis scored 16 points, Judah Schuster added 14 and Roman Katz had 11 to lead the Rams (9-7).

CALIFORNIA

Chaparral 54 Shalhevet 53 OT

Avi Halpert tied the game on a 4-point play late in regulation but his potential game-winner rimmed out at the end of overtime as the #3 Firehawks (26-9) came up just short of the upset in the CIF Southern Section Division 3AA Round of 16. Halpert led Shalhevet with 19 points, Nathan Sellam added 17 and Netanel Zur had 11.

Valley Torah 83 Bethel Christian 38

Johny Dan scored 41 points and Noam Mayouhas added 16 as the #6 Wolfpack (28-2) won their 16th straight game and advanced to the quarterfinals of the CIF Southern Section Division 4A playoffs.

Tarbut vTorah 66 Hillcrest Christian 51

The Lions (6-9) broke open a 1-point game at halftime with a 22-7 third quarter to reach the quarterfinals of the CIF Southern Section Division 5A playoffs.

YESHIVA LEAGUE

Ramaz 48 MTA 34

Julius Rubinstein scored 16 points and Jeremy Miller added 12 as the #5 Rams (12-2; 15-4) clinch 2nd place in the West and a 1st round bye.

YDE 48 Flatbush 45

Not wanting to rely on a tiebreaker that could have cost them a spot in the playoffs, the #22 Thunder (8-6; 8-8) got there on their own thanks to a season sweep of the #8 Falcons (8-5; 10-9). But all Flatbush needs is a win againt HANC to clinch 2nd in the East and a 1st round bye. David Sayegh led YDE with 20 points and Isaac Tawil had 14. The Falcons were led by Morris Chaaya’s 13 points.

Magen Abraham 50 Rambam 39

The Kings (7-6; 7-8) clinched the sixth and final East playoff spot. Rambam ended the season without a win.

HAFTR 75 Hillel 47

Kevin Levy had 23 points but the #23 Hawks (7-7; 9-11) lost out on a playoff spot when YDE and Magen Abraham won. Elliot Braha scored 20 points for the #16 Heat (6-6; 8-7), who have qualified for the playoffs and can finish in either fifth or sixth place in the West.
