The Cougars (10-4) got 27 points from Danny Cohen, 17 from Yonatan Hassidim and 15 from Max Hirsch in winning their third straight game. For the Kings (12-3), Eli Wallace scored 21 points, Gabe Pugman added 13 and Asher Kaklon had 12.

Asher Falk scored 20 points and Andrew Pinchot had 12 points and 10 rebounds to lead the #18 Cougars (11-9).

The M-Cats (8-6) trailed by eight three different times in the 1st half but took the lead late in the half and never trailed again in winning their third straight game. Jacob Canner led Maimo with 23 points, Shabtai Kaplan added 14 and Raanan Gewurz had 13. For the Red Heifers (8-6), Ben Spira had 15 points and Eli Leder scored 14.

The M-Cats (8-7) were within two points late in the 3rd quarter but ran out of steam. Jacob Canner scored 20 points and Josh saks and Raanan Gewurz added 13 each.

The #3 Storm (10-3; 15-3) rallied from four down in overtime to remain in contention for the #2 seed in the west and a 1st round bye in the playoffs. The #21 Lions (7-4) saw their 4-game win streak end as well as their shot at the #2 seed, which they could only have gotten if they had won out.

Julius Rubinstein scored 20 points to pace the #5 Rams (11-2; 14-4), who led by just two at the break before taking control and winning their fourth straight game. The Flames dropped to 2-11.

A dismal 2022 continued for the #25 Heat (3-9; 4-9), who dropped their sixth straight game. The Thunder (2-10; 3-10) snapped a 7-game losing streak dating to mid November.

The #10 Wildcats (13-10) had four players in double figures but were missing their injured top player Noah Carmona as they fell in the opening round of the CIF Southern Section Division 3A playoffs. Elan Dardashti scored 23 points and Shaya Schwarz, Ariel Legerman and Aiden Harel each had 10.

Greg Eiseman scored 17 points, Jordan rezmovitch added 14 and Ilan Horn had 12 as the Hawks (15-4) won their 12th straight game.
YESHIVA LEAGUE
YDE 55 HAFTR 49
The #25 Thunder (7-5; 7-7) clinched a playoff spot and left #16 HAFTR (6-7; 8-11) with the slimmest of hopes. It was the fourth straight league loss for HAFTR. They briefly took a 2-point lead midway through the 4th on a 7-point possession that included an and-one, a technical and a 3-pointer but the Thunder regained their composure and closed out the game on a 14-6 run. Isaac Tawil scored 27 points for YDE and Eddie Beda added 13.
Hillel 72 North Shore HA 46
The #17 Heat (6-5; 8-6) got 20 points from Eric Cytryn, 13 from Elliot Braha and 11 from Max Rishty to win their fourth straight game. Jeremy Gorgian led the Stars (4-10; 4-12) with 12 points.

The Kings (6-6; 6-8) won their third straight game and need just one win in their final two games (against Rambam or Waterbury) or a HAFTR loss to Hillel to clinch a playoff berth.
